“My fiance had them add some diamonds to an engagement ring back on 11/18. the ring was promised to be ready on 12/2. it is 2/16 and the ring is still not ready. i understand that maybe we didnt spend a ton of money but this was important to us. i have been engaged for 3 months now and i still have no ring. the latest date that the ring was to be done at was the week before valentines. he also said that it might not be ready that week but the next because he has a lot of valentines orders...what kind of crap is that!! our order was put in months ago!! you should right the wrongs that you have done in a timely manner, not just brush us off because we didnt spend a ton or because you have other clients!!! i will never ever recommend this company to a friend!!! they have really ruined a special time for us that we will never get back!!!! btw the only reason they have 1 star is because i had to pick one NOT because they deserve it!!!” -
